I lead a team of ~ 16 developers and am responsible for the overall technical solution delivery in UW Medicine Analytics. My team is responsible for the Enterprise Data Warehouse, associated data pipelines, and data visualization platforms.

  • Directly Managed a Team of 16 developers and data engineers.
  • Responsible for all enterprise dashboards, including the mission-critical COVID dashboards and pipelines.
  • Presented weekly to UW Medicine c-level execs on UW Analytics initative progress, issues, perspectives, and trends.

Managed a team of 8 Program Managers running mission critical technical programs, which led technical program budgets totaling more than $30MM. Personally led the DAWG Program as an IC Technical Program Manager; which included deprecating the EDW, and migrating to virtual infrastructure and architecture.

President of Vanick's software development practice and VP of Operations across holding company, directly responsible for P&L. Responsible for all facets and business functions of software development practice.

  • Managed a team of ~50 people, consisting mostly of Web Devs and Program Managers.
  • Improved overall profitability from approximately 7% to more than 20% by improving contractual structures, reducing bugs, and simplifying our services.
  • Left company because of acquisition by Prokarma (now Concentrix Catalyst).
